Eva and End of Eva - Asuka deserves a little more respect in End of Eva considering how she took down units 4-13 BY HERSELF. Bringing them back to then beat her senseless was a dirty trick, not mention making that entire scene useless. As for Eva proper, I just wanted a little bit more of a wrap up instead of that sad epileptic excuse for an ending.

Cowboy Bebop - Just wrap it up, the series seemed to step into the middle of traffic and die instead of a more graceful ending the series so richly deserves.

Well a lot of series ended well enough for me to be pleased about, but there are some that stick in my craw. Here's how I would have ended the following Series...

Ranma 1/2-- I would have loved to see what would happen if Nodoka Saotome found out about her Son and his little secret. Would she go through with the Seppuku? Or would she throw honor away for the sake of Maternal love and take pity on Ranma? I personally think she would ultimately spare him, especially when she witnesses his peerless Martial Arts skills. Even though physically he's half girl, he's a man among men in Martial Arts.

Urusei Yatsura-- Ryuunosuke finally wears a Sailor Suit just like she always fervently wished!

Neon Genesis Evangelion-- Whether good or bad, the ending to NGE is far too nebulous for my taste. I would have had SEELE fail in their attempt to invade Nerv. Those Evas 4-13 would wake up after Asuka kicked their ass, but rather than tear her Eva apart, Shinji would arrive in battle with Unit One, go ape-shit when he sees Asuka's condition and would just PULVERIZE those Evas so that they didn't come back the next time. At least that would have made up for his pussy behavior throughout the entirety of the series.

Tenchi Muyo-- Tenchi winds up marrying Ayeka.

Cowboy Bebop-- Spike barely survives his encounter with Vicious. Faye seems to have actually had feelings for him there at the end, so it would have been nice to see them get together. Don't you agree?

Hellsing!

Hellsing deserves an actual ending, with an extra 13 episodes in there... and maybe some ACTUAL background on Alucard/Arucard?

I mean, as it is now there's NO closure and everyone and everything's a pushover anyway.

I'd personally fund this:
The studio actually keeps up with the Berserk manga publication, rendering the TV Berserk not notorious for a f___ed up end of a television run.

Then again, if I had those resources, all that money could go toward my anime library... Yeah, got to prioritize here. Other titles it is.
