I would just like to say that CN is evil! I swear I am so sick of that channel. It was cool at first, but then they cut stuff, stop showing series right when your in the middle of watching them, rerun them tile you are sick of them (that was one reason I got out of watching Yu Yu Hagusho). It is good when you are cheap, but still even as cheap as I am I would rather buy the anime series than deal with CN. So, don't get too excited about Kenshin, especially the way they are now running toonami.

Gundam Seed isn't gone...it's been moved to 1 am, I think. And Read or Die is on at midnight.

I like RK...though the only exposure I've had to it is what's aired on CN and the Samurai X OVA's. I have yet to see anything subbed or unedited, though I'll probably be getting the boxed set off eBay one of these days - LEGIT boxed set, not bootlegs.

I don't really watch all that much tv anymore (excluding my anime dvds). The only time that I would really want to watch tv is on Saturday nights. But usually by the time I get home from my job, I'm sucked into doing chores. After missing the first round of shows, I feel too tired to stay up for the next showing (and too lazy to fumble around and search for a tape and program the VCR)

Finally a person with common sense. You really can't satisfy some people. The reason why gundam seed was moved to 1 A.M in the morning, is to satisfy the people the people that didn't like it so edited.

The second half of the series is way more graphic, and couldnt be on Toonami, so be greatful with what your giving and clam it.

Retail, the legit box sets go for $100+ USD, I've checked and have wanted the series for many weeks now. I now have the money to afford some anime, but I don't know if I want to spend $100+ per box for an excellent series or save my money for something else that comes out... I eventually do plan on getting it all on DVD.

I don't watch CN anyways, haven't for around 5 years now... Too much butchering... And especially from what they did to the first 2 eps of Evangeion... Completely unforgiveable!

this makes me mad lol.. i love the RK series soo much.. it could possibly be one of my favorite anime.. i saw it all subbed and unedited and its amazing.. than i started to watch the CN version.. omg, its horrible haha.. they translated the intro (freckles i think?) into english, replaced kenshin saying "oro" with him just moaning, and freaking translated his moves! now i dont remember the exact names, but he usually says "hiten mitsurugi duryu sen" or something.. they got him saying "hiten mitsurugi flying dragon slash" (something around there) haha.. it was just ridiculous.. but no offense to the fans of the CN version.. i just think youd like the original subbed version a lot better..... and now im ranting haha
