If by "newbie" you mean "n00b", then yes.

Last I checked, a member's degree of newbie-ness could be easily determined by checking his/her joined date.

OK, hot shot; Within the series, "Tiny Fairy Sugar" - which Episode was the
mothers fate spoken and who said it? ( there should be two answers here. )

In the series, "Hand Maid May" ( my Concubine ) why was the 12/10 story
proven to be Fan-Anime ?

You know, I was talking about newbie-ness as far as the <i>Org</i> goes, not about newbie-ness as far as <i>anime</i> goes.

(No, I've never seen either of those series.)
