Story telling doesn't change over the course of years. A story that was crap in the 80s and 90s is crap now. A story that was good in the 80s and 90s is probably still a good story now, if a bit dated. When he said "holes and errors" he was refering to the story, not to the horrible video quality and choppy animation.gomayoman wrote:do you know y DBZ had holes and errors? because it come out in jap in the 1980 or so but DB, DBZ,DBGT is over 10 years old in jap.

Personally, I've seen it from start to end, and I can safely say, it's all crap. Total pile of shit. It's all the same concept rehashed over and over for, what, seven, eight seasons? It's borring after the first one is over. And the first season is annoying because everyone is weak and the entire fight with the saiyans is overly drawn out.
The characters have little depth to them, and aren't very malible. Sure, there ARE some changes that happen (such as allignment swapping of some characters) but that takes forever to happen.
It's a borring, annoying show, and it's fanboys make me want to head shot every single one of them.

LOL.Nightwing24 wrote:I hear people say dbz has no story and its the same thing every ep.This doesnt mean the series suck it means the series is good to a certain point. i know it takes ssj55 goku 3 eps to cross the street and every beam looks the same kamehameha final flash w/e.One other thing that saves dbz is the music they play in the english version.
i say up towhen they killed freiza then the story started to go down hill.
Dragon ball is good period, it has every thing (story included/jokes/fightings)and they are not to powerfull in this series
Best Dbz fights
Goku Vs Vegeta first time
Freiza vs goku
goku vs cell
vegeta vs cell second form
The dbz Characters are the best like vegeta(10000 animes took his style)
face it with out dbz, anime wouldnt be the same
naruto wouldnt have been born either
dbz to naruto
hand movements for attacks was originaly tiens
multi form also tien
sasukes name was akiras sons name
remember there isnt realy a thing as bad anime just that other animes are better ps.
I'm sorry but you are a retard, and for more than one reason.
First off, learn how to type the english language. Currently you are incoherent and sound stupid.
Second, none of your reasoning is good. DBZ and Naruto are similar in that fights go on, but DBZ is king of dragging on. "Drag-on"ball Z. And names are used repeatedly in anime. It's called a coincidence.
And name the 10000 animes that stole Vegeta's style. And by style what do you mean? Tight pants, a humongous ego, and retarded hair?
Explain yourself better, and maybe I'll respect your arguments more.

2/7/1996 to 11/19/1997 are the dates for DBGT. This isn't even 10 years old yet.
It had holes and errors because the plot was crap, it reused cels, and was just overall bad. It appeals to boys because it has big muscle men in tight suits beating up bad guys.
Sounds like Power Rangers to me.
4/26/1989 to 3/3/1993 are the dates for DBZ. You are off by 9 years.gomayoman wrote:do you know y DBZ had holes and errors? because it come out in jap in the 1980 or so but DB, DBZ,DBGT is over 10 years old in jap.

However, in Naruto, none of the fights last for longer than 2, MAX 3 episodes (save for the opening arc), and stuff HAPPENS rather than the same 'charging up.'AdamKadamon wrote:Second, none of your reasoning is good. Furthermore, AdamKadamon, you've been registered for less than 24 hours, and I hope you don't intend to to open your 'Org history with a round of flamewars. That and your sig image is too big, 40px tall max.

DBZ started out as a nice idea. DBZ started out entertaining. DBZ started out with a story...an interesting story...hell, what could of potentially turned into a great story. It had a plot, it had characters that had perhaps a shred of depth...well, no, but they did serve a purpose in the long run and ended up sticking around...unfortunately...
So where did it go wrong? It's pretty difficult to make a sequel series off of a series that already had a million episodes, and try to make it even longer. DBZ ended up turning into a bunch of screaming, pointless bickering, energy charging, anf the same three punch kick punch frames repeated for 3 minute intervals an episode.
Now, certain episodes/groups of episodes did serve a purpose after it began to lose all purpose, namely the ones where main villians were arriving or dying...other than that, it was pretty much pointless.
So what should DBZ have been to have made it perhaps a respectable series all the way through? Eh, get rid of about 200 episodes and all the pointless shit...I mean, there's a such thing as "filler", but...DBZ pretty much erased the line.
Don't get me wrong though...I used to be a big DBZ fanboy, and it's undoubtedly one of the most popular, highly-rated animes of all time...not that makes it great or anything. I'm not bashing it either...I'm just pointing crap out.

Just in case you guys didn't know Masashi Kishimoto "Naruto Creator" said that he was most inspired by Akira Toriyama "DBZ maker....dummies" so people should stop saying DBZ had no influence on Naruto cause it had a really big one."Especially naming Sasuke after Akira's son"
Vegeta is an arrogant bastard that hates his rival and in the end, befriends him. Heard that in a different anime before? Well duh!! DBZ was the first popular anime to start this trend so saying that he wasn't is like saying Need for Speed Underground 2 is better than Burnout 3 "and HELL NO IT IS!!"
For your info small fans of Naruto
Masashi Kishimoto did mention Tien's hand stuff from the manga as one out 2 stuff that inspired the 12 animal sign simbols "Tien does it more often in the manga."
Please research before you argue and my friend can speak English very well Mr English, not knowing this is just a casual typing forum, master AdamPokemon"I just had to say it "
