Oh... lets see... FMA was great before it got liscensed and became harder to find. I'd suggest Puni Puni Poemi even if you havn't seen Excel Saga it will totally mess with your head, in a good way though. Naruto's always fun, but who hasn't seen it? I really have to see a lot more of the stuff i have. I have absolutely no time to watch it all...

Watch Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone complex if your a fan of the original, or if you just like wierd action animes that make you think sometimes. Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny are pretty good, but only Gundam SEED is released on DVD right now, Destiny is still playing in japan. Id also suggest watching My HIME, which is currently playing in Japan. It only has about 16 episodes, but its pretty good.

Personally, I think Chrono Crusade (24 episodes, I believe) is really good. Unique characters and even more unique settings (Brooklyn, NY). It's kinda religious though, so if you don't like that...
I'm not too sure how old Haibane Renmei is, but it's really good.

I wish I could, but I'd murder my computer if I tried to download a fansub...BasharOfTheAges wrote:Naruto's always fun, but who hasn't seen it?

I'm currently buying the Berserk manga because I heard that the anime only covers the beginning of the story, so I might not get it. Maybe if the sell it for under 90$CDN I'll get it. Last Exile is looking good and I've heard good things from Chrono Crusade and Haibane Renmet so I'll be checking those out.
I'm not too sure I'm willing to shell out all the cash for GitS:SAC. I guess I'll wait until the box set is out for that (which may be in a while).
Question: The only works of Miyazaki that I'm familiar with are Meitantei Holmes (a.k.a. Sherlock Hound) and Lupin III and I absolutely adore those. Can any one give me their opinions on his other works such as Kiki's Delivery Service, My neighboor Totoro, Nausicaa, etc.? Thanks.

What type of animes do you hate?? I personally hate Action animes (Chrno Crusade) and animes that are so slow they're pretty much pointless (Chobits, though I can stand chobits, and Full Metal Alchemist). I suggest animes like Full Metal Panic and the soon to be released in NA (it's MADE of coarse), FMP: Fumoffu, it's pretty straight forward, never strays from it's goal just sticks to the very strong plot. Beware Fumoffu really HAS no plot. It's like Cowboy Bebop only less plot bareley. I also suggest Ai Yori Aioshi (romantic comedy, the thinking man's love hina!) but not Enishi, it's sequal, unless you like the romance romance romance. Also if you download I suggest you find the 12 ep. DearS, it's like Chobits only never 'strays' into dark dramatic territory, it's also a bit faster. Than again, I just don't like to look into a billion things.
