The ending of Konomini on the other hand was absolutely piss-poor and rushed with a HUGE amount of plot holes.
This Ugly and Beautiful World = This Ugly and non-Beautiful Anime

Yeah, almost anything Gainax kinda made me mad, though I gotta admit Melody of Oblivion, though plot holed, had a better ending then most of their other works. [That and the hero's heterosexuality kinda came under question, for me anyway...]

Uh, Saikano. Hurt my eyes. First I cried cause the anime had strong emotional development with the characters, then I cried harder realizing the ending killed it all...

Evangelion, people have claimed that I'm just being a moron since I don't "understand" it completely. Funny thing is, these people couldn't explain it very well to themselves... Ah well... I just don't like its ending and thought, WTF. [yay, to reproduce and repopulate the world in an ocean of Orange Tang with Asuka... Hey, I'll give Shinji props for that, if he's straight that is... ]

Eiken episode one. Made me go WTF in a good way... I'd kill to watch a full on hentai ep of it...

Girl's Bravo Season Two. It's been a VERY VERY long time since I've seen any anime show a LOT of full frontal nudity for a public show. :D Borderline hentai? Oh yeah... 8-)

Well, other WTFs? My list isn't as big as I thought, ah well. ^_^

Man the list goes on and on
NGE
BGT 2040
BGT ()
BGT OVA
Berserk (but still I liked that ending a lot it did a lot.)
NGE End of evangelion
.Hack/sign
Lain
Okay so it doesn't go that far, for me anyway, but the thing I like about these animes is that they have open endings, becasue remember I buy all my anime on DVD, so if I was just to buy it and spend like 60-100 dollars only to watch it once I would reallly be like WTF? I plan to watch all of these again to get my money out of them and to understand the story. I have already seen evangelion 5 times, and now I am planning to watch it for the sixth time! Yeah for open endings! :o

I just thought of another one. The very first time I saw Kimi ga Nozomu Eien I thought it was another horrifically derivative high school romance, then the end episode 2 certainly surprised the hell out of me, and the rest of the episodes just got better and better.

Dammit, someone please license that series! :x

I got that WTF feeling while watching .hak//Legend of the Twilight Braclet. The main characters, Shug & Rena are supposed to be twins, but it almost seems as if the two of them were in love.

Anyway, the ending kind of left everything up in the air. Did they save The World or did everyone die? Help me out here!

C'mon! There's nothing wrong with a brother and sister having an (mostly ambigous) incest relationship. Just look at Angel Sanctuary, Please! Twins, and Sister Princess. As for the ending, check this thread out.

It's something I'm used to seeing.

I have another one. Gundam0093: Char's Counter Attack. the movie starts with the assumption that we all know what's going on and it ends with no final outcome betwen Amaro and Char. I guess I got that WTF feeling because I didn't see anything that happened between 0079 and 0093. But above all else, I was rather disappointed after hearing how this movie was supposed great. Oh well!

the end of .Hack/legend, Shugo saves Rena they fly off together and go into some portal and disappear and thats it. i thought there would be something at the end of the credits but no.

the end of Cowboy Bebop, pratically everyone knows how that went.

Metropolis, i dont get it.

Akira, everything goes white and some voices, i heard there was another version that shows what happens.
