Oh, isn't Rei an Angel? She wasn't classified as an Angel, but
Rei+Lilith combo was the most Angelic creature in Eva...

Not really sure if I have an all time favorite monster, but I thought Obelisk the Tormentor was pretty cool. Shows the tragic side affects of using too many steroids. Another favorite is Suezo.

If you squint hard enough, he kinda looks like a giant sperm with teeth.

Same, I like em also. FullMetal Achelmist is also generaly good...so is Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex.
