*cracks up* Dude, I just had a thought. What if Inu Yasha were to pull a Miyuki-chan in Wonderland? All the demons (including the boy demons) are chicks and want to get it on with Kagome? Ahahahaha, that'd suck, but at least fanboys will enjoy, ne?

Inuyasha.... Eeeehhhh. I use to love it to death and I still will always enjoy it, but I don't like it as much as I use to. I agree that the characters are awesome and very loveable (Espically Miroku, Sango, Kikyo and Kagura) but the series has dragged on too long. The anime ended and the manga is still going and I want to scream for it to stop.
Less is more, my friends, and as much as I still love the manga... Yeesh.

I kind of agree, the series really did drag on in some places. Plus Kagome and Inuyasha's relationship drives me nuts! Admit your feelings for each other and it over with people! GAAAAAHHHH! Maybe they finally do get together by the end of the series, but I haven't gotten there yet so don't tell me.

I have a long list of things that irk me about this anime, but since I did call myself a fan for a few months, I won't give the entire list. Just my pet peeves.
1. Identical faces. Kagome and human Inuyasha are identical in the face, and even the hair styles are horribly similar. I look at him and see her and I'm sorry, but the idea of two Kagome's making out squicks me like nothing should in a PG anime.
2. Kikyo. You're dead, act like it. She stopped being a good plot device after the second time she showed up in the anime. Either hook her up with Sesshoumaru, or bury the corpse and be done with it.
3. Kagome's instant love. The first time she sees that Inuyasha might be interested in someone else, she decides she loves him and cries about it to her mother. One episode back and they couldn't stand each other. I know it's fun to make bickering couples into sappy love puppies, but build it up. They made the 'love' from nothing and then spent the next 150 episodes trying to make it look realistic. I'd rather have had it created realistically, and then challenged - like most romance anime under 100 episodes do.
4. Sailormoon battles. Watch fifteen episodes of any sailormoon arc, then watch 15 *random* episodes of Inuyasha. Chances are nothing important (or new) happens in any of those episodes. When I can bounce around watching random episodes without losing the storyline, there's something wrong.
5. Sango and her brother. They don't further any aspect of the anime when they're introduced, and they continue to postpone any hopes of a resolution through deviations and filler 'angst/sap' episodes. Sure, she's cute, and her story is angsty, but we already had cute with Shippo and there was never a shortage of angst since the very first part of the manga. The only reason she's there is because Kikyo is to Kagome what Sesshoumaru is to Inuyasha, and they needed a second 'good girl' to even out the adult team. I'd rather have had Kaede go along - she was there and 'good' from the beginning. She's just not hot and young enough to use.

Its called movied 2 dumbass they do.
I still enjoy Inuyasha even if the story became kind of the same because I think it got more interesting at the same time. The only thing I got tired of was Naraku, and the two whores Kagura and Kikyo. Also the deluded sites thinking that Kagura and Sesshoumaru was a couple.

Kikyo isn't a good girl.First she lives off the souls of innocent women which is basically damning them for eternity. And movie 2 she hands over a item that brings the demon princess back two life then she shows up and acts like she actually helped Inuyasha when here arrow hit the Leviathan's core 2 seconds before Inuyasha's slash did so she was useless and helped bring back a monster as bad as Naraku. Not to mentioned she killed a monk in the early episodes.Arigatomina wrote:I have a long list of things that irk me about this anime, but since I did call myself a fan for a few months, I won't give the entire list. I know Kikyo isn't a 'good' girl character. If she were, I wouldn't have said they needed a good girl character to go with Kagome. o.OArigatomina wrote:The only reason she's there is because Kikyo is to Kagome what Sesshoumaru is to Inuyasha, and they needed a second 'good girl' to even out the adult team.
