If a disc has eight or more episodes, it's guaranteed to be a bootleg--I've never heard of any legit discs with that many.
Oh I know that US release dvds don't have that many episodes on a disc. I just called the 3-dvds sets imports. I thought bootlegs just meant..hm nevermind. So their considered bootlegs? Yeah mostly some bootlegs have more than 8 episodes on each disc soo. Thats why I buy US release dvds of series I want. But if its something not here yet I'd by imports. Cause I know alot of people do most of the time. If you have no money. And that imports are cheaper. But still can also find region 1 releases for good prices.
However, not all 3-disc sets are bootleg; some R1 releases for short shows like [Now and Then, Here and There], Koi Kaze, Ai yori Aoshi: Enishi, and Key the Metal Idol are 12-15 episodes on 3 discs. Some others, like Sakura Diaries, Sentimental Journey, and Seraphim Call are 12 eps on 2 discs. Still, many 2 disc sets are bootlegs, as well; the norm for short series, like Haibane Renmei, Please Teacher, Please Twins, Lain, Comic Party, etc. is four discs.
Yep I know ^_^ I have please teacher 13 episodes and I think about 4 on each disc or something like that. So it has 4 dvds. Chance pop session has 3 dvds [don't have it but I know theres 3 dvds], It all depends on how many episode there are. Like Noir some have 5 episodes on one disc and then 4 or 3 on another. Imports are usually region ALL and it has it on the back of the dvd box. So I know what are bootlegs and what are not. ^.~

And I have to say, those Fushigi Yuugi bootlegs, for all their shortcomings, are still quite a piece of work, as I've never seen ten episodes on a disc before. To the OP, though, I must say that we can't discuss how to obtain bootlegs or downloads, so get the legit DVDs or ask somewhere else.
I guess....but when the discs get scratched to hell they don't play right. And I think its mostly the FX ones. Actually mines suck. I got them that way and I tried many times contacting the ebay seller to replace one of the discs that wasnt working. He did just didn't give me the right one and i had e-mailed him again and I didn't receive anything so oh well its been a long time now since I got them....I probably could still rip the episodes off and still make music videos. I know that you can't discusss how to obtain footage. It doesn't matter anyway. I already know how. lol ^.~ I know a lot of things. Well not everything. lol.

I'd get the Seperate US release FY dvds but NO MONEY. :( I plan on getting them sometime when I do get a job and money. I couldn't ask someone else because...I don't know anybody else with them. lol And I can wait I don't want them like right now. lol

Well this got off topic...does that matter? Well pretty much already clarified that DN Angel has been released here in the US ^_^ So there really isn't any point of repsonded to this huh?

I'm going to edit my earlier point and continue in the OT-ness--I should mention that there are a few Pokémon discs that have 12 episodes, so I was wrong about the "more than 7 episodes per disc=bootleg" bit, but Pokemon doesn't really count, right?
