Could also use Onizuka from Great Teacher Onizuke (GTO) he seems to have a smoke in his mouth each other scene.

god bless weed . i will probably most likely one day if posible consider thinking about ever giving come time to doing this project bottom line is there really isnt an anime that would do this song justice ...
