Agreed!

Oddly enough, I was thinking the same thing when I read the post title ^_^

Of course, Bloodberry (or possibly, in the right situation, any of Faust's marionettes) would be foxy ^_^

I'm interested in how you see Lime as foxy though. I mean, all the others I can see (in certain situations), but Lime never seemed "foxy" to me at all.

Lime foxy? see Sarah's description

The ability to be attractive (adorable or cute is what I consider most attractive over glamour and flash) without being slutty. Not only that, a fox is known to be crafty and subtle by nature. If you've ever seen how Lime manages to pop out of nowhere to spoil Cherry's attempts at seducing Otaru -Cherry's supposedly smarter than dopey old Lime- and how Lime manages to be Otaru's favorite in spite of the fact that Cherry and Bloodberry are far more aggresive. Also, most of Lime's dopeyness seems to be an act because she'll occasionally come up with profound insights that throw Otaru, and when he says 'Lime' in a dumbfounded manner Lime either says never mind or runs off acting none the wiser. I'm a man and I know what works on our dirty little minds and the little girl act attached to a 33-22-33 body along with those big green eyes and mischievous grin can blow our feeble little minds. So yes Lime is definitely a lady fox aka. vixen. I rest my case.

Hmm... I guess I see what you mean. Not really my idea of what a "foxy" attitude was, but according to your definition (which is equally valid!) she would definitely be ^_^

BTW, just for clarification, are you basing your statements on SMJ the original series, SMJ to X, SMR, SMJ Again, or all of the above?

Mainly on SMJ because they made her look a bit too deranged in the J to X series. The Again series seems to be more like the basic Lime but she's nowhere as earthy or innocent looking as she was in J she looks a bit more demented or cartoony than in J in which she looks most like a real woman and R the characters are kids so that does not apply here

I don't know if "deranged" is the right word... but I do agree that she was not the same person in J to X (and, to some extent, J Again). Perhaps "childish" would be better? *shrug* All in how you view it, I suppose.

They may have a childish form, but the body shape of a marionette doesn't really matter, since they are, ultimately, robots. Robots with a heart, yes, but still robots.

we'll it's a comedy and it doesn't have to make sense

Post by axron27 » Thu Oct 31, 2002 2:52 am

In the immortal words of Bugs Bunny "So she's mechanical" The wonderful thing about comedy animation is absurdity and incongruity is the name of the game. Do you think Bugs Bunny always had that stick of dynamite on him? In my mind Lime is the fairest tune of them all and the fact that she can hurl a major chunk of a building at Hanagata but can't escape from the kidnappers ropes till she's shocked doesn't bother me at all comedy animation's not supposed to make sense.

Vixen" in my mind would be a woman who is sultry, who sort of flaunts her sexuality without being... well, a slut, necessarily. Think long cocktail dresses and cigarette holders.

OK not sure if this quote thing works, oh well.

Anyhow, in this case Kiyone is not too conserned with being sexual, I'm not saying she isn't hot, but she is more private about it and is most likely to be so when she's alone.

Furthermore, Sasami is about 700 years old so technically it's not sick, she's older than anyone here (it depends on the continuity of course), and besides she's definitely the most mature of the bunch.

That's my two bits (hey it actually was two)

[This part is off topic]

Thus only one good answer is needed.

OK so exactly how do you quote from other people, have your own quote, etc.?[/list]
