Considering a lot of hentai - and on that note japanese porn in general - is focused on rape, I'm not surprised the man doesn't stop holding the girl down to put a rubber on.

And condoms are just pointless on tentacles.

Umm gays can get AIDS and every other STD (or STI now) just like everyone else, condoms arent just for pregnancy protection. Plus they also help the lube last longer,,,, nevermind.

I think the biggest reason that there are no condoms in Hentai is because a lot of those are about rape or love, and not really about the Adolescence Sexual Exploits. Where as if its love there really is no reason for the condom since, in a lot of Anime the girl and guy are both Virgin or don't have STDs. It is cleverly danced around for the most part.

Then how about Sexfriends? The two characters aren't in love (at least initially), they're just out to feel good and have sex with each other because of that. Or taken Midnight Sleazy Train. The main character enjoys having sex with strangers on trains, so wouldn't he plan on bringing condoms with himself? I have to agree with the idea that the Japanese just don't worry about STDs the way they should (or any disease for that matter - their understanding of diseases and their medical practices are abysmal at best compared to other mediocre First World medical facilities).

And with this post, I have just destroyed any credibility or worthwhile standing on this site. Wai!
