it's okay, though... everyone has to start sometime. Eva, Kenshin (TV and OVA) and Yu Yu Hakusho are all pretty standard A-list material. I suggest watching all of them, along with a fairly big menagerie of shows and movies from before 1996.
Word of advice - if it has mediocre animation, a shitty dub, and can be found on VHS, it'll probably be amazing. Back in the day, only the best stuff would make it over to America, so look for things licensed in the mid 80s to late 90s. If you can get over the dated animation, you'll be hooked.
What animes in this AMV?

Re: Thanks for the info - still one more
lol! I was watching the AMV again and Kenshin was hit by a dude with a claw weapon. Kichi thought that was....lol.....a bear, lol! OMG, can't stop cracking upO-Kagachi wrote:Bear? -_- The person fighting is not a woman, just a very girly kenshin, but I don't remember seeing a bear in that amv.. -_- btw.. the song in that video was HORRIBLE!!!kuchikisan wrote:I appreciate the info. I've already started downloading and watching.
At 2 minutes 27 secs in the AMV starts a clip that appears to be different from all the ones mentioned. There's a woman fighting a bear and a man that carries a huge axe. They're dressed similar to Kenshin but their faces are drawn in a different style.
