Your level of addiction in anime

I'm very much a casual anime viewer, but there's a bunch that I like quite a bit. I certainly watch it more than regular Western TV programming (i.e., I stopped watching TV over 4 years ago), but I watch it much less than the hardcore fans do (maybe one series every 2-4 months).

anime is not my life, i prefer manga, but i'll go out and buy a dvd for a show i like or check out a fansub if people say its good.

But some series I really got hardcore and learned everything there it to about it like evangelion.

and Kayotic your sig it to big. You have to remove it. You are only allowed 2 images. Max sizes for both are 40 x 600

Uh... I don't think you have to be an addict to buy "a few" DVDs. That doesn't make sense. By that logic I would be addicted to peanut butter, since I bought some the other day.

Anyway, it's part of a balanced entertainment breakfast. Mmm.

non of those categories fit me very well.. I guess I would be called a hentai fan more than an anime fan.. maybe not

I have a problem with liking an anime witch equals me to buy the anime.. and sometimes I even get anime because of the cool visuals.. sometimes to use in amvs or something.. I don't know I'm just wierd like that.

I now buy anime very slow and now buy every other series I like instead of everyone... looky my collection and take a guess how much that all cost by adding it up. I've bought every single one of them and only some of them at a good discount.

on average the non box sets cost me around 20 dollars each.

something like a 6.5 or so. I used to be really addicted, but it's not so much anymore. I'm spending my money on music now more than anything. I haven't gotten any new anime since around christmas time... and I still haven't finished watching my stuff from christmas.

Well, summer's upon me, and I'll be making some money, so I may just watch what I have left in a marathon later on.
