Hunter x Hunter opening because I think it's very cheerful and it starts out the character waking up in the morning or it was bright and the song was cheerful.

Dubbed version of One Piece opening & ending (seems like they're exactly the same just the ending is shorter).

I love the first Eureka 7 intro! I also really like the intro for Tenjho Tenge... I can't believe no one has mentioned that yet... it's so funny!
