Bulma- Dragon Ball Z
Bra- Dragon Ball GT

thats all i can think of at the moment. im pretty sure Bulma has blue hair i see it changed alot in different drawings ive seen but im pretty sure its blue.

DNA - I think one of the main characters has blue hair
Bubblegum Crisis 2040 - Sylia in some scenes has light blue hair, most of the time I think it looks like silver.

That's all I can think of to add at the moment.
