There's Elfen Lied... if you're crazy...
I really enjoyed that series, but it's just so incongrous at the beginning. It goes from mass blood and death, to cutesy girly stuff, then back to horrible bloody death... still, it's well worth the watch. Very well done.
I'm also a big fan of Yoshiaki Kawajiri, and would recommend X (TV), Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, and Ninja Scroll most highly.
Oh, and I trust that since you've seen Hellsing and have Alucard as your avatar, you've probably seen Hellsing Ultimate, but if you haven't... well... shame on you!

You like war stories? If so, I'd suggest Last Exile. It's sorta like World War I, only done with airships. Everything other than flight technology is still very 19th-early 20th century, though, which gives it a nice classic feel that I kinda like. There's aerial dogfights between planes and some pretty cool airship battles with cannons and stuff (ep. 12 is my favorite). Nearly every episode is also named after a chess term, and there are tons of chess references and parallels. The world itself is also really weird (it's hourglass-shaped), and has a bit of apocalyptic overtones, although to say any more would be spoilerific. Not much crazy humor, unfortuately, but some excellent CGI and and pretty cool world design.
