that's a right point, for Hellsing i would better suggest "Ultimate Hellsing".

I haven't seen it myself, but Karin is a vampire anime. Are you looking for mainly vampire animes? Or animes which have vampires? In Trouble Chocolate one of the teachers is a vampire, and I think there is a vampire in Wild Arms.
