if u were a good editor, u could use Naruto with sakura, and chroma/mask her hair black : /

If you wanna get fancy, how about Dagger from FFIX during that cut scene on Disk 3 where she lops her black hair off.

Well Tomo cut her hair about half off in Azumanga Daioh prior to the start of their senior year, but she wanted to look like some girl from Lupin III (sorry for spelling I think.

my eyes inturpurted it as more of a dark blue...

then again, it could be the poor quality of the paint that makes it look dark blue instead of black
