Totally Agree

I bought the movie on DVD before i saw the series.. I didn't really have a reason to glare evily at my DVD until after i so the Series.
Madman seem to take forever to release anything, i didn't even think they had compition over the rights,
In Australia its worse, We still haven't even got Trigun yet, Love Hina and Vampire Princess Miyu are just finishing the release..
Its like the Madman australian crew just want us to import

ROD turns into a X/1999 discussion. Which X BTW is a poorly done anime :\ I've never read the manga but I've seen the movie and the series. Both were just horrible, Movie was kinda pretty though.

I have not hear od a realease date for ROD. But the news of it being turned into a movie is news to me :? Hopefully they don't butcher it.

The font on the third fansubbed episode WAS indeed quite horrible.

It's Manga though, so the odds of them not butchering it are slim, fat, and none.

So many people complain about the font of the subs in the third OVA, my only complaint was that the copy I saw, the subtitles cut off at the last three minutes of the second OVA. I saw no problems with the font

Speaking of Read Or Die, does anyone know where to aquire the Soundtrack, it is some of the best music I have heard in anime, right along w/ Cowboy Bebop and Samurai X

I have been able to download one song, but I would like to get them all

Alucard_FoN wrote:Watch out, cause Manga entertainment is turning this wonderful 3 episode OVA into a movie. Not sure if you guys care about that, but a lot of fans I've seen talk about it were outraged by that news.
Where did you hear/read this?

I read this on animenation.com's news page. They get their news from other various sources. As far as the soundtrack goes, check Direct Connect, I was able to get it all off of there.

I think track 12 has got to be the coolest one on there, and yes, you can find it all on DC.
The sword, it thirsts to drink of man,
The sword at last must win,
Today is gone, and yesterday,
Must echo in the wind.
