Hajime no ippo (fighting spirit) DVD's?

I'm still pretty confused on whether it is or not. For a start it says that the disk is region 2. I've never seen a bootleg that's not region free. The seller has 100% good feedback aswell. Also about the price, it's 22 pound not dollars which is bassically $50.

rightstuf ships internationally (FedEx Regular International Mail,) it's not free...but it seems pretty cheap to me.
$10 for first item and $2 for every item thereafter. $36 total for shipping (14 dvds)

So everything said, you'll walk away with everything but disk 12 for ~£60 (no idea if you have to pay VAT or not)
