I'm a guy... I've never cried at a movie, save Schindler's List, and that goes for Anime too... until I saw Grave of the Fireflies. If you don't feel like crying at the end of that movie, you've got a colder heart than me...

Trigun was the first anime that I was ever captured by, and Wolfwood broke my heart. I couldn't convince myself that it wasn't real. I had been watching Trigun on cartoon network...therefore, at 1.30 in the morning a little piece of my heart died and was never fully restored. And THEN I watched Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, and THEN I watched Cowboy Bebop, and between Spike, Meier Link, and Charlotte I think that I will be dammed if I ever watch anime again.

We're not God. Not only are our powers limited, we sometimes are driven to become the devil himself.

Ooooh... lessee, what had me in tears? Lots of things, but I'll with FMA considering it made me tear up multiple times.
Fullmetal Alchemist

Spoiler wrote:The whole thing with Nina made me really emotional. I'm still not sure why it hit me so hard, but it did. I think it was just the idea of such a sweet, loving, innocent girl who loved her father falling victim to his selfishness and transformed into a terrible creature. Kinda paralles with the real world, which I think is the reason it hit me.
Ed's confrontation with Sloth AKA the Homoculus verison of his mother was a tear jerker. What got me there was Sloth's speech about how she had memories of being Ed and Al's mother... but realizing she wasn't because she wasn't human. Then coming to the conclusion to kill Ed so that her memories wouldn't torture her because if they were allowed to continue, and I quote, "I might love you. I should hate you, who created me." It just... pulled hard at my heart strings.
When Edward's father says he's glad the Law of Conservation isn't true and says that you don't always need to pay a price to gain something. Like "When a parent loves his childern, there is no price or reward." This made me cry because he was saying this to Ed, who swore to hate his guts because he abandoned them.
Then there's the end. Holy crap, the end... Listening to that wonderful song "Brothers" play in the background while Ed stands in the center of that room, offering all he has left to get his brother back: His life. I just sobbed. Espically before that when Envy killed Ed and Al used himself, now as the Philospher's Stone, to bring him back. Then Ed watches Envy go through the Gate and sees Al's image fades... and sheds tears. Then after all of that... Al doesn't remember any of it and the two brother's are, literally, world's apart. Argh, it hurts just thinking of it...

hmm...
Basically, any anime that ever had a character die in it, but most recently:
*SPOILER ALERT*
*SPOILER ALERT*
Gundam Seed ep. 29
When Nicol died! I freaking loved him sooooo much!! And on ep. 30 when Tolle died. I didn't care about him that much, but it reminded me of Nicol. *sobs*
Inuyasha the movie: Affections Touching Across Time
When Kagome shoots Inuyasha with the arrow, I cried so much! It was so sad!
I also cried at the end of Witch Hunter Robin, 'cause I loved that series so much and I didn't think it would end so soon. I want to know what happened to Robin and Amon!
Also, a lot of theme songs make me want to cry, most notably No More Words (from Inuyasha).
I am probably the worst fangirl in the world. XD
Nicol! *heartheartteartear* Why did he have to die? WHY?!!!!
