Because fanboys would rather imagine doing their sisters than their daughters.

/real answer:

Because parents are rarely shown, and it's the opposite of boys having a mother complex (single mothers) - girls look up to the male role model in the absence of a father. Ex: CCS - Sakura has a father complex (because she has one) while her brother has a sister complex (because his mother is deceased).

A: Bacause as all anime character know, when it comes to female armor technology, less armor/clothing provides more protection, but the good girls are too modest for that.

Q: Are Luffy and Ryoga somehow related? I'm curious, because Luffy can't navigate and Ryoga doesn't have any sense of direction...
