A. When the reigning pimp decided to pass his title to one of the jounins Kakashi with the aid of his Sharingan used his Chidori to bitch slap a bolt of lightning in two, once the reigning pimp saw this, he knew he had what it takes to get keep order.

itachi, but only as a front for the real sharingan pimp, who lie in waiting for itachi to take the fall, only to emerge from the scene completely untouchable by the law.
after itachi was hauled away in a bashed up carrage the cops were in hot persuit.
itachi created a demention barrior around his ubber-awesome carrage and managed to get out of town, but was quickly apprehended and booked for possesion of narcotics. in the end the secret sharingan-pimp's plan had worked out(one way or another) but was it safe to come out? no. because one of the reining mob-bosses was waiting for the pimp-himself to make an appearance, so he could
clip him and gain controll of all the S-pimps territory

Q' who is the oposing mob-boss?
