:lol: It doesn't matter anyway. they will realize just how silly it all is as they grow older. however that doesn't mean it shouldn't, an anime that makes people have feelisgn towards one of its characters is a susccessful anime.

Oh and, Pokemon made people have feelings for the characters. Eva is a TOTALY different Anime'.
