Hey remember those japenese gothic lolita's earlier in the thread? There's a book of photographs of japanese punks and goths called _Fruits_ that you can get. I actually found it at either a borders or a barnes and nobles, so it should be easy to find. And also the artist Olivia de Berardinis has some nice gothic female pinups available, you can view and order postcards or whatever of them on the internet at her website.

:Hellsing fanboi starts twitching:

Heheee...

Yes, hellsing has been mentioned tons of times before...Witch Hunter Robin too...Vampire Hunter D is a must see for gothic anime BTW (That vampire fortress at the end is pure goth overload)...Blood...actually, I can't think of anyhting new to contribute to this thread. :(

Only to say go and watch! Also, I must point out that the Hellsing manga is far superior to the anime in terms of plot...it's not actually as gothic though (it is pretty damn gothic however). Also, looking over that gothic anime group, can anyone tell me why Americans get cooler Hellsing DVD covers than us Brits?

They're actually a lot more 'bloody' than the American ones (All red, gore splatters everywhere...) I only want the American ones because of that damn cool picture on volume 2

We get better value for money BTW: There are only gour DVD's over here, you guys have 5, which means 2 must only have 2 episodes on them...

I meant four. The logic is, you have 5 seperate DVD volumes, and there are 13 episodes. If you do the maths, you quickly realise that this must mean you have 3 volumes with 3 episodes and 2 volumes with 2 episodes, whereas we, with only 4 DVD volumes, have 3 volumes with 3 episodes and 1 volume with 4 episodes.

That's hentai, though. Does it have a gothic element to it?
