Very First Anime (It's so cute!)

Post by Unit 423 » Thu Jul 03, 2003 11:26 pm

My first was Slayers. I progressed through the entire Slayers series (avoiding the movies per my friend's request). The list only grows from there. :D

And what praytell is wrong with the Slayers Movies??? I think they're hilarious! Not to mention Naga's in them...she can make anything funny (though the laugh gets annoying after a while) and I personally like Lina with Red Hair....

Nothing that I know of. My friend, who introduced me to anime, thought the movies didn't fit in with the rest of the Slayers universe. As such, he didn't have them on hand to watch so that I could form my own opinion. Someday, I might get a chance to watch them, but I'm not sure how soon or far off that day is. I guess time, and money, will tell. ;)

Hmmm. Did I already post in this forum? I don't remember, but my first original anime was Cardcaptor Sakura.

The only thing wrong with the Slayers' Movies is the lack of Zelgadisy-goodness

Actually I think Slayers was the first anime I actually bought - but Guyver and Ranma were the first animes I ever really saw
Sometimes I go to my own little world - but that's ok, they know me there.

The first anime i saw was Ghost in The Shell. It was on a movie channel. For the first anime i saw and bought myself is Perfect Blue(DVD) a little while ago, and it still confuses the hell out of me.
