Have you ever had that WTF feeling after watching an anime? Have you ever watched an anime, and it left you thinking "WHAT THE FUCK!".
If so, which one?

For me, after I saw Pilot Candidate, I was ticked because it ended so abruptly leaving absolutely no clue as to what happens next.
Well for me, I saw the X movie and at the end when kamui chops off his friends head  and then it ends ?? :? oh well wutcha gonna do riiiight  :!:

Have I ever thought 'WTF' after watching Anime?

I was thinking 'WTF' whilst being shown the *entire* FLCL series in one sitting. I think my brain shut down half-way through the first episode.
I watched the lot on the basis that it was....interesting in a twisted sort of way.

Perhaps I would like it more if I saw it again...but, argh, it was irritating!

I saw tonight's episiode (5) of Paranoia Agent on Adult Swim. How the bloody fuck did the show turn into a fucking RPG game all of a sudden? :?

OK, FLCL was messed up. I was definitely thinking wtf? after the first couple episodes. Lain was the next one for obvious reasons 8-) But the one that gets my vote for most confuzzifying is Paranoid Agent, especially episodes 5, 7, 8 and 9. Seriously, what the hell was going on in episode 5?

Also, I watched FLCL in one go. Nice to see i'm not the only one!

Since no one else has said it yet:

"A Wind Called Amnesia" ... The ending for this one drove me nuts in its openness...was there more on this in manga that they never animated (I remember seeing it was based off a manga) ... I sincerely hope so...cause that kind of ending either suggests the writers
a) Ran out of time
b) Wrote themselves into a corner
or
c) Died

Personally...I'd like to believe it was a) and that there's still more untold... ...I could be setting myself up for a let-down...but hey.
