Personally, I'd list every English and/or Swedish voice actor ever (the again I haven't heard many English ones, so there may be exceptions).

Motivation: While some Japanese VA:s sound like pitched crack addicts, the English and Swedish ones sounds like they are on (strong) anti-depressives. I'd rather hear a high maniac than suicidal under-paid American any day

The English voice acting (not specific actors cause their voices are better on other characters) for :

Ranma 1/2
Moose: Sounded much too much like a wuss.

Yu-gi-oh
Kaiba: Dragging every 3 words {BLUUEEEEE Eyes White DDDRRRAAAGGOOONNNNNN}

Naruto
Naruto: Sounds like the kid from King of the Hills =/.
Sakura: She is ussless in the show, and the voice acting proves that.

Zatchbell
Penny: My ears was bleeding T_T.

Dragon Ball Z
Freeza: EVERYONE thought he was a girl, or some middle aged women.

Digimon
Tai: Cause it has a soul of its own

On the flip side, I dislike the Japanese voice acting for Powerpuff Girls Z because I saw 2 mins of it {for laughs}, and it almost burned an infinite void into my mind >_<.

Brock, I mean.

They had different voice actors for the special due to a different studio.

I can't take Richard Cox. Who on earth made him the voice of Inuaysha. He can't even pronunce Kagome right, and he doesn't sound like Kappei Yamaguchi at all, i actually think that his voice is so far away from Yamaguchi's that it ruins Inuyasha's personallity...

I also hate most of the Danish voice actors. We are very bad dubbers.T_T

arrghh.. i mean they coulda swapped voice actors with Shigure n Yuki..but then shigure would sound like a complete idiot T_T...I don't think the voice of TRUNKS of DBZ would suit him....

they messed up all the voices od DBZ characters...shoulda left them with the original voice actors from the first episodes

same goes with the first movie of YYH...Hiei sounds like a dumbass and Kuwabara sounds...well..i hate it...lol

this is why i like the japanese voice actors instead of english....I don't care if men such as Kurama or Yuki have female voice actors...they're better off with them

but i do like Kurama and Shigure's voice actor in english

can we go to video games as well???? Because I believe that Samurai Warriors 2 american voices ARE HORRIBLE. How does a man 6'8'' 327 of all muscle sound like Sid from ff7:ac??
