heh... if you like that one, I've got one called cyber city Oedo.

Lots of stuff that makes no sense, like dodging laser sentries and so forth.. I'll have to dig it out as it is an old vhs.

I saw Cyber City Oedo. really weird, but it was cool. Decent cool. Not Like ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence cool, but cool, nonetheless.

I watched this single episode last night, and it was REALLY stupid. For some reason the Traffic Division is now part of the LAPD, Aoi has become the bimbo of Los Angeles, everyone drives fast and owns a gun, everything is pastel. There seem to have been 3 Aoi's almost. In the original 'You're Under Arrest!' Television show, where she was introduced she was... well, she was a sissy. Very 'girly', to the Retro 50's, Leave It To Beaver it's Mrs. Cleaver kinda girly.

In You're Under Arrest II she was signifigantly more serious, with comments comming close to 'While I may have been born a man, I have the heart and soul of a woman' and other comments saying she has no interest romanticly in either sex. I thaught that was pretty cool since she wasn't such a useless character. (Considdering Aoi USED to be the star of the High School basket ball team) I liked this Aoi.

This 'You're Under Arrest: USA' OVA seems to have turned Aoi into a man hungry bimbo that not even the cast of Sailor Moon could accomplish.

(Lets hope Freewebs is feeling like behaving)

Just thought you'd like to see 'em, dunno if yall have or not- the trailer is AWESOME and it makes me wonder if this story is exclusively about Batou.

One of the first and best reasons why I made this thread was to introduce new anime to those who are "somewhat behind" so to speak...

Lots of good stuff to be had here. I've got some stuff from "Cosmipoliton Prayers" [it's by M*O*E, makers of Steel Angel Kurumi and Maid in Hanaukyo].

I'll post them up in a few minutes, just need to fire up the old ftp...
