Not Saiyuki (I'm assuming you mean the old 60s movie with Jonathan Winters and Frankie Avalon, since that's the only Saiyuki with Hollywood actors). This one is not as well-known as most other anime, so I'd be a little surprised if you'd seen it.

Since Inverse answered first, she gets the thread. I'm fairly certain Dark Fury is anime, since it was directed by Peter Chung, but I could be wrong.

Second quote is from an early episode of Fushigi Yuugi, said by Tamahome to Miaka after they had been improsoned by Hotohori's guards.

Third quote was said by Kaoru Hanabishi in the special Christmas episode of Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~, after declining an invitation to go out with Tina.

Quote four was said by Dead Leaves' Retro, as he hijacked some guy's car.
