being a student I stick to fairly cheap beer such as Carling or Heinekein. But if money is no object (ie it's not my round) I will drink stella artois (wife beater) or grolsh.
Tequila just tastes dirty and it's not really a drink you can relax with after a hard day (unless you have some sort of super-liver).

Yeah I'm generally a spirits person myself...Beer is usually just with friends and whatnot. I usually take a hard drink or two...that's about it...

I once watched Eva on seven shots of 80-proof liquor. When I got to the end of Episode 3, I was like "Hey! Where'd episodes 2 and 3 go?" Then my friend showed up to take me shopping for explosives...
