This question comes from the Bakuretsu Hunters (aka Sorcerer Hunters) OAV episodes. In particular, the one that starts off in the Hot Springs!!

Well, it starts OFF at the Hot Springs -- later that night, you get to the adjacent hotel, where there's a LOT of sneaking around in the dark halls. You've got Chocolate Misu sneaking around, hoping to catch her 'Darling' (aka Carrot Glace) in bed. Then there's Tira Misu sneaking in the hallways, trying to make certain her older sister Chocolate doesn't do anything she shouldn't with her Carrot. Carrot, of course, is sneaking (and leering) all over the place, with SEVERAL pretty targets in mind (All the time hoping the Misu sisters don't find out -- you wouldn't like them when they get angry. Or would you?!? 8) ). Younger brother Marron is playing it safe -- he's staying in his room, watching all that unfolds, and worrying over Carrot. Gateau's busy posing with his sister. Dotta's getting busy with her boyfriend ( ). And there are several other characters roaming around . . .

With all of these characters going around in the dark of night with libidos in supercharger-mode, there ARE going to be mishaps. Which is where we get to the Question (FINALLY ) . . .

New Question: Yu Yu Hakusho

This stands mostly for the Japanese version since I haven't seen much of the dub. During the series, Kuwabara addresses Yusuke by his last name - Urameshi. When is the one time that Kuwabara calls him by his first name? Hint: It's in the first half of the series.
