I got that felling plenty of times with FLCL. And the first episode of s-CRY-ed gave me that feeling even with D.I.C.E.

Well I didn't really have this feeling after watching the entire series, but the first five episodes of Excel Saga was enough for me...
It Is INSANE! I had absolutely no idea what was going on!
I mean, sure it was comical (in a non-children sense) but It was really crazy ~
If you're one of those , logical/everything-has-to fit/make sense people don't watch it...
Another one was X:the movie ~ they messed up.. really

Konimini!
Kono Minikuku mo Utsukushii Sekai!! Don't get me wrong, it was really cute! But the ending--heck, that whole anime rated about a 9.0 out of 10 on Twilight-san's Official WTFness Scale.

The Utena movie had me confused for a while. The supporting cast made enough appearances to show that they were important, but not enough to really explain who they were. It just goes to show: a 39-episode series should not be compressed into an 80-minute movie.
