I don't know of a show named Samurai X...I know of a Rurouni Kenshin OVA and Movie and a retarded anime company named ADV who didn't wanna use the title their competitor Media Blasters was using, though

Naussicaa != Warriors of the Wind

Then again they cut like 30 minutes out and made it horrible so it really WASN'T Naussicaa.

I was somewhat annoyed (very little) that Laputa was called "Castle in the Sky" instead of "Castle in the Sky Laputa" (then again that's what my fansub says and they're not the most accurate either).

Yes they do. And of all the animes they decided to screw with, they choose Rurouni Kenshin (which to me is one of the best animes in the world). The change was stupid, HECK when I heard the name Samuri X, I thought it was a hentai. Then I went to a site that gave out reviews and checked Rurouni Kenshin, and then decided to check it out. Of coarse I loved it, and as time passed on, I saw the OAV, which was great, only to find out later that what I thought was a hentai was a really cool OAV, which got me annoyed because I almost missed out on one of the best animes in the world.
And the retarded resone is good too.
