He doesnt wear make up. And your only quoting others coz you cant back up Miroku anymore. Sesshomaru is a demon and Miroku is a human its obvious that Sesshomaru has the advantage. Sesshomaru doesnt look like a girl.

Otherwise - no, it's not eyeshadow, Sesshoumaru just has some interesting and insinuating marks that just happen to be identical to makeup that women wear. I can't really see him stopping to repaint his face every few episodes, so we'd have to assume they're birthmarks. The creators had a bit too much fun doing his face, that's all.
