As I've seen some of it with subtitles, somebody has subbed it. I would have guessed from that coke can, but I'd forgotten the name

And I got to the Black Heaven one too late.

unheard of, maybe.... dreadful series? Come on! Maybe cuz I liked the fact that it was an anime based on Judo, but I'm actually disappointed that AnimeEigo has no plans to release the rest of the 125 episode series (they had to do something right for it to last that long)

I remembered the Coke can, and the Colonel confirmed it. It kinda took me by surprise that a lot of product brand names in the show were not altered like they are today. Ah, the days of a Budweiser can flashing briefly by... Although the Nikon camera that Kamoda uses eventually became a "Nokon". It also helped that I'd watched it recently.

I'm also disappointed that AnimEigo isn't going to (or can't) release the rest of the series. It has a charm that newer series seriously lack, IMO.

Anyways, back to the actual topic of this thread:

They have plans and want to. AnimEigo keeps asking for the rights, but the Japanese won't leave them.ù
