Q. why is it during an episode of Cowboy Bebop, it goes from a hand drawn look to a digital look? even if its just some regular scene.

Q. So, since Inuyasha has dog ears does that mean he has human ears too? Or is there a reason that his hair falls in that way because it wouldnt look right?

A. There is rumor he might be using his wind tunnel to help the U.S. test how powerfull their engines are for the new Jump jet. If it gets sucked in, then they need something better.
