Okay, since it's been over two days since the last post, let's get this thread re-started.

This question comes from the Maho Tsukai Tai! (aka Magic Users Club) TV series (the sequel to the OAV episodes).

In one episode, Sae, Nanaka, and Akane are having a sleep-over. After dinner, Akane makes a suggestion; however, Sae thinks that this might go against club rules. So Sae calls up the Club President, Takakura-sempai, to consult on the matter. Takakura-sempai, naturally, gets the wrong impression (something involving the three girls and a bubble bath, which turns into the three girls and a futon, which THEN turns into the three girls and CENSORED

).

THE QUESTION: What was Akane's suggestion? (HINT: It has NOTHING to do with Takakura-sempai's sex-crazed delusions -- dang it!)

If I recall correctly, she wanted to use magic in order to make the cake they had bigger.

Not quite, but I WILL accept this answer. Actually, they wanted to use magic in order to MULTIPLY the number of cakes they had (when applying magic, the cake grew larger instead of multiplying).

Okay, the next question's from Kogepan. What ordinary, non-alcoholic beverage causes Kogepan and the others to become drunk ?

This question was left unanswered for half an hour in the hope of someone else who had seen Kogepan answering. Such did not occur.

Kogepan and the other breads get drunk on milk, extensively and with great regularity considering there is only about half an hour of Kogepan animation.

Koji Morimoto worked with Katsuhiro Otomo on Akira and really cracked open the weirdness with Noiseman Sound Insect, aided by Yoko Kanno's musical direction. However, he's perhaps best known for directing another work, which featured contributions from both of the collaborators listed. Which anime is this?
