actually you got a point, but most of the time you can telll whether a story or anime anyways, follows the protagonist closer or the antagonist.

True, in AKIRA however, they followed Kaneda and tetsuo very closely, as well as many of the "secondary characters." Tetsuo might have been followed somewhat more closely tho.
