Oh I agree, I have abasolutely NOTHING for the two, but well...these are the Japanese. There are reasons for so many breast and butt shots of Asuka and Rei. Hell, they admit the fan-service they have

Fan service is blatantly sexy material intentionally put in to appeal to the audience. Panty shots, cleavage shots, tight clothing, nudity, things like that.
