I remember one episode where he single handedly killed 100 men "hence the name, THE CENTURY SLAYER" I take BERSERK hands down.
Nice use of caps and color. BTW I was being sarcastic.

Just a word of advice (not trying to be an ass), but people generally don't like when people do that.

On a positive note, I agree on Berserk. The whole series is violent and then they outdo themselves with the last few episodes.

My vote goes to Berserk hands down. I mean several episodes are little more than a death fest. If only 5-10 poeple die within an ep then you know you are seeing the more tame side of the series. Nothing comes close to the violent factor. This is not simply a 2 hour violent movie but a 26 ep (I think) series that rarely slows down.

Berserk (yes, another vote for it.)
Kite
Mezzo Forte
Jin-Roh (fairly violent & bloody in parts)

One of the only animes that really got to me, though, was Now & Then, Here & There.
The rather realistic characters' personalities, and the awful violence inflicted upon them was rather upsetting. :?

A very well done show, though.

I'd have to agree. The show *really* got me near the last two episodes.

***YEAH YOU***

In particular, when Soon and Boo are killed. I thought it was going to be the typical Boo saving Nabuca or just Nabuca getting shot, but nope...they had to kick me when I was down and have Soon get shot too.

Unfortunately, that's not all of it since well...quite a number of characters die in the show and people like Sara have some of the most tragic stories ever.

I guess this is all fresh since I saw this only 2 days ago.

War sucks!
