I still have found zero references to this lawsuit outside of this thread. Could someone please supply a link?

Thanks,
Tom

Tom, there is no link, I have just heard this from a few people.
Besides this is probably a plan the CN has as a last resort of not letting AN take over their ratings or something.
So what I'm saying is...this is probably a future plan for CN to use against AN and someone squeeled or started a rumor about how CN will deal with this potential situation.

Actually, I think its bullshit (a rumor, nothing more).

You people are too hard on CN, really. AS = good times...

Agreed.

Why put up with TCI and Rogers Cable? aka crumcast? I use splatellite dish and get Anime Theatre X, Animax, and of course MBS.

TCI Cable has the bandwidth, why not add it? All it takes is one call, and it can be go nationwide in 2.7 seconds.. though they also have business issues too.

And remember, when flashing your Sky PerfecTV CAM through an AVR, insert the AVR into the 7816 before the CAM, and do not patch until the green light is on.

I, myself, would love to have an Anime Only Channel ^^ . . subbed or dubbed.

but I am picking on Cartoon Network, not because of their series, for playing only certain episodes over and over and over - without ever updating to the next parts of that series until everybody thinks that THAT series is a joke T_T

now THAT to me is not funny!

to scope the problem, a quick flsh-back might help ^^

DiC has a New Series called Sailor Moon which was being released locally via Global Kids TV
. WTBS ( Atlanta, Ga ) had this series sent via C-band T1-24 every sunday around 1 am for 5 episodes every week ^^ ( guess who intercepted those relay's ^^ )
. WTBS started playing this series, but quit - right in the middle of Sailor Moon R
. Cartoon Network was just starting and Anime was not on their list.
--- Sherman, set the way-back machine ahead 2 years ---
. Cartoon Network started a New series Dextors Lab and placed it along with Sailor Moon S, ( Pilot Canidate ) Canidate for Goddess, Cowboy BeBop, Gundam G . . this was known as Adult Swim
. . they have changed the names and the show times 4 times sence then - who knows what they are calling it now ~_~
. but even InuYasha stop's after Episode 26 and start's over again - instead of updating to 27+ . . . .

If they do sue, then why don't they sue other cartoon oriented channels such as Nickelodeon? I don't think they should.
