I've posted some of these before...
Some anime titles I hate include:
Bounty Dog
The Various Dragonball titles (mostly because of the DBZ fans)
The Fatal Fury Titles
Dirty Pair: Flash
Any El Hazard title other than the original OAV (which is one of my favorite animes)
Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer
Mahoromatic
Burn Up W
I know there are many others,
but this will do for now.

Hate is a strong word. There is no anime I hate. There is some I dislike, and some that I don't care for.
I'm fairly open to anything, and let the creators do whatever their trick is... if I like it, I like it.
The only anime I strongly dislike are the vast slew of 'pet-monster' Pokemon and clones, a lot of which, while conceptually fine, really fall into total redundancy. Dragonball, similarly, falls into redundancy despite a few solid eps here and there. A lot of long shows fall into redundancy. But hate - meh...
The only art-related thing I ever hated was JD Salinger's 'Catcher in the Rye'. And even then, I'll admit that it's simply something that was never meant to engage me (or someone like me) in any productive fashion.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Re: Least Favourite Anime
you should just hate anime overall if you hated trigun. just WHAT THE HELL was wrong with it? a little justification is a good idea, cuz i dont know what would float yr boat if trigun didn't. its actually one of the not so bleak futuristic animes. i'm really doing all i can to not lash out and speak like a civilized human being, taking into consideration yr new to this...UberTai wrote:*holds up flame shield* If this has been asked before, I am sorry, I'm new here. But anyway, what is your least favourite anime? Mine's Trigun.
to stay on topic, i HATED excel saga with a passion. just felt my IQ drop points when i watched it. i'm not quite sure if i recovered those points...
love hina bothered me a bit, nothing seems to go on. beat the guy up for twenty episodes, then have stuff happen at the last six. nah.
akira OAV if it stood by itself but i read the manga and that was its saving grace. the movie cut out too much.

yr watching it for its face value. its more than just a pathetic kid and his psychological episodes.Mroni wrote:
1.Neon Genesis Evangelion- This anime has a disgusting ending that has never been fixed. Just made wierder. Great story good character designs all threw to shit because the director is a winey crybaby retard who can't deal with his own emotions Ie he is a stupid faggot.
Mr Oni
have you ever considered what would happen to you if you lived in shinji's life? have yr pops abandon you, a dead mother, and out of nowhere, have that same cold father call you back and lay the world's salvation on yr shoulders? add to that a barrier btwn you and everyone around you cuz yr afraid being close with someone would result in an abandonment or betrayal?
thats just like one aspect of the anime. so what would you like? animes where characters think with their guns or dicks?
i found end of evangelion pretty repulsive but i think its well done. after watching that, i loved the anime.

You don't know Mr. Oni very well. The last place he'd ever put himself is in someone else's shoes. All of his arguments are based on a very self-centered and shallow view of the world.

I think someone who writes an endless number of hateful e-mails against anyone from a different nation, a different sexual orientation, or who actually uses his/her brain for more than what anime child they can jerk off to next is hardly in a position to make judgements on series that require a post-grade school intelligence.
Crawl back under that rock of yours.
