I would have to say that i admire this person:

Motoko from live hina. I admire her cuz she can kick butt without needing other peoples help, but at the same time she isnt all stuck up and think that she dont need no one, she realized that she does need friends to help her and thats koo.

did i mention that she looks good too.

Yomiko Readman (aka The Paper) from R.O.D. (Read or Die)

By the end of the three-episode anime, she acts so much more grown up and emotionally developed. It's hard not to admire her.

best anime chick is definatly Akira from Battle Athletes, shes feminine but strong, runs fast as hell and looks cool while shes at it, and she freakin kicks royal ass at 0 gravity lacross!
