I'll get a pic later, but Onizuka when he's torturing Izumi on his bike. I don't know what the animators were thinking when they made that pointy-teethed monstrosity.

Well for JUST the grin, it's gotta be Ikari Gendou, when "Yui-sama" goes berserk and decides to start killing things....

For the grin & look in the eyes, the award must go to Griffith, he's such a creepy but magnificent person...

DAMN! I was gonna nominate him. It might not be the most creepy, but it's probably the most famous. Me and my friend have an inside joke where I sit in "The Gendo Position" ™ in class, with hands crossed covering my mouth and elbows on the table.
