Doesn't really matter all that much. most of us obviously obsess on anime, otherwise we wouldn't even have an (awesome) site like this one in the first place. It comes up, goes for a few pages... dies and someone, usually a newbie makes a new one... didn't Elton John have a song about this?

Okay, trying to remeber some of my favorites. Yoh and Anna (Shaman King), Natsuki and Batanen (Hyper Police), Sana and Akito (Child's Toy), Shinji and Asuka (Evangelion), Rika and Jeri, in the friendship catagory (Digimon Tamers), Garrod & Tifa (Gundam X). Most of the more popular couples count too.

Lol all my dream couples are yaoi. Inuyasha/Kouga or Inuyasha/Miroku(Inuyasha) Hiei and Kurama are actully a couple(YYH), so are Suichi(sp)and Yuki from Gravitation, um, Kai and Rei from Beyblade would be cute, thats really all I can think of now :O

What a coincidence...I'm thinking the same thing at that coupling....

Face it, in the long run, Anno chose for Shinji to go with Asuka...you don't like how he ended it? As he himself put it best: 'Too bad'

Ayanami Rei & Ikari Shinji will always... or rather, is currently my favorite couple. Despite the fact that Shinji is a selfish bastard that doesn't give a damn about Rei. As for Asuka, there's no way in hell that a Shinji/Asuka relationship could work out in the long run.

I don't really have a big problem with anyone having a favorite couple that's different from what I like. So some people don't like the Shinji/Asuka pairing, that's quite alright with me. And I'm not going to go into the whole Rei vs. Asuka thing, it gets pretty stupid sometimes. That's all I wanted to say. No, wait. I think there was something else.
