hm... i have a question... if the outlaw star is soo fast... how come it didn't win that race thingy... i mean... supership with all the latest stuff... come on... and don't say... "because it was being attack and stuff"... if it is the fastest ship in the universe... then shouldn't be just as good in weaponry or something...

Even though Outlaw Star is the best ship in the known universe, it had a major overhaul when it was stored near that star. So most of it's weapons were not equipped onto it nor a few of the advance tech tht it was suppose to have, so more or less it was not finished.

Outlaw Star was a huge waste of potential IMO. Good show, no doubt, but it could have been FAR better.

Outlaw Star had HEAVY editing to it but I still learned to love it. Soon I'ma buy it so I can see the 'lost' episode...
The one thing I don't like is how the animation quality drops in some episodes and they look like mutards. Nobody's mentioned Suzuka or Jim as a favorite character- don't they have any fans here?

Suzuka is one of my favorite characters! Gene is awesome too.....

Hot Springs Planet Tenrei?

Hmmm....favorite episode...

I didn't really have fav. episode, but the escape from the prison planet ep was good, the fight with the McDougall bros, well there was alot of good eps

I just kinda like the series as a whole.

I would asume that most of you have heard of the other anime that is from the Outlaw Star world. I dont remember the name of the anime, but it is something about the security force of the Outlaw Star universe.
