Wheee_It's_Me!:
Recently I've watched Onegai Teacher and Onegai Twins, the first of which was really good (even the dubbing was excellent), however the second was kinda...eh, s'okay. I liked Onegai Teacher because it's the first anime series I've seen that's been true to life as far as portraying relationships in highschool (ie quite a few high school kids have sex by the time they're 16).
ME:
Never seen that series... well this is just for kenshin talk. Kay. I have a Yu Yu Hakusho Topic in the forum i belive you've seen it please write in there.

AndroidFanGirl, they've got this button called the "Quote" button, you might wanna practice with it a lil more, you're kinda screwing up thread continuity.android21 wrote:

And yes, I know you have other threads, I'm trying to encourage you to use ONE thread instead of starting 18 different dead end threads. If you wanna go off on a 6 page rant about the religious overtones in NGE, hey, now that needs it's own thread, but all this, "OMFG I LOVE KURAMAKENSHINHEI!!1!" crap...nah, you can compile all that into a single thread, just call it "AndroidFanGirl", everyone will know what it's about. *shrugs*

Android21, Try to be more responsible in your thread posting. Instead of 3, or 5, or 20 individual threads about specific characters or anime, I would recommend that you create a single thread that touches on multiple points. Include pictures, links, reviews, and personal opinions.
At the top right of every post, there's button called 'quote'. clicking on a particular person's statement (the quote button itself) will quote that specific person.
If you want to quote multiple people, the basic course would be select the text, copy the text, paste the text, and type in basic quote tags.
Click once to open the quote tag:

It's real simple, when you want to reply to a post and include the message that was just posted, click the quote button, just like you always do. The trick is NOT to delete anything in the next lil screen that comes up. Just scroll to the bottom, DON'T delete anything, especially not anything that says "quote" or anything surrounded in brakets. Then type your message, it's so simple it pretty much does it for you.android21 wrote: Dont know how to use the qoute button
It's a nickname I've come up for you, if you don't like it, give me a reason to give you a better nickname. For example my nickname is "magnificant bastard" in most formal situations on this board. ^_^and My Name is Android 21 Not "Android Fan Girl" Kay?
Well let's see, so far every post you've made has been about -insert cartoon network ported series- and how you love -insert random male character- from that series. Yer not exactly brimming with intrigue I guess is what I'm tryin to tell ya. *shrugs*How will they know what its about?
You coiuld also just use one of the threads you've already started, it'd be the same difference.I Belive i'll try it but if no replys then i blame you ^_^
It's called sarcasm child, you'll learn about it when you're older.Oh When Did i ever type GMFG? (yes i know what it means)

Well in my personal opinion the Rurouni Kenshin series both sucked and blowed, im a huge samurai fanatic and yes even though its mostly comical anime I find it quite pathetic and repulsive.
Why? you might ask. If you have seen the Samurai X (4 episode) OVA (what ever OVA means) then you should be able to say, "hey he had a traumatic childhood and lived his entire young adult lives as an assassin, why does he act like a total toon now?"
Because of some Pu$$y, thats right that b!tch Tomo fuxord him up good and proper, hes pathetic in the series, but Samurai X proves it can be a big hitter when it comes to the best ever mangas.

and like he was real stable while he was an assassin. hell the guy leading the revolution (sorry i am to lazy to pop the dvd in again to get his name) saw how unstable kenshin was and he asked tomo to help shield him because he knew one day all of the people he killed would on day destroy him. if it wasn't for tomo kenshin would have died a meaningless death in the magi era ... hell if not for tomo shishio might have had to kill kenshin. Hs not pathetic in the series he is noble.SS3_Eldrin wrote:Well in my personal opinion the Rurouni Kenshin series both sucked and blowed, im a huge samurai fanatic and yes even though its mostly comical anime I find it quite pathetic and repulsive.

Yeah, not like I can really argue that point with you so I wont, i just think nobility is his main weakness... yes of course its good hes stable yet, he lost something about his character when he turned "toonish" in the series.
