What anime did you ever see first?

Same with me. The first Anime I ever watched was DBZ. I even remember the episode. It was the episode when Vegeto is turned into a candy and he whippes Buu. I think it was called "The Incredable Fighting Candy" I am not suer of that though.

i notice most people have Eva as thier first anime
mine was alot of show about giant robots
(transformers, Gundam[original], and some show that had robots that looked like a BattleTech Mech/Aliens Loader but mini sized)
then came megaman and sonic
then Toonami

its a toss up from when sailor moon first aired in the US, speed racer, and one that had transforming cars and one was a scooter i believe. i remember kids in the show. . . .

i do however remember fond memories of making fun of the horrible voice overs in speed racer. . . hahahaha

ooo my 1st anime huh?.....
i think it was dragonballz movie 3 (the 1 with the 3 androids) this was when i was about 6....but being so young i wasnt really sure what was going on....my 1st series i watched & really got into was guyver

The first anime I saw was Akira when I was little. Not the best anime to start out with, but my brother was a big anime freak at the time and he wanted me to watch it. As I got older I started watching Sailor Moon and DBZ which made totally fall in love with anime and I started to explore anime other then what was on Toonami.

My first anime was on Sci Fi Channel, Project A-Ko and Venus Wars (Old School anime ROCKS!), then my friend Leer showed me Ranma 1/2

Well, my first anime was probably Sailor Moon or DBZ. But the anime I really, really, got hooked on was Pokemon. I still love Pokemon... don't hurt me! Once you get attatched to those little critters you no longer want to shoot them. =3

Tenchi Muyo was also another great anime that made me want to watch more. But I think I was hooked before I saw it.

Sailor Moon and Evangelion were the first animes I ever saw. Those were the two that got me hooked. Since then, I've discovered: Escaflowne, Gun Smith Cats, Gate Keepers, and Akira.

I remember that "dragon hunter came out and i was only 7 yrs old when it came out in 1993 so i don't remember that much. All i know is that i used to watch it with my older brother. Then "sailor moon" came out in 1995 and i was 9 and still didnt have a clue what anime was. Finally when "tenchi" came out, thats when my brother said it was anime we loved.
